Organized.
Individual AI capabilities become one connected system. NALEX OI brings knowledge, context and clear rules together.

Knowledge stays.
Beyond the request.
Memory retains relevant facts, preferences and decisions. You can view, correct and delete what it remembers.

Personal memory and model training remain separate processes.
Every capability works with the same context and permissions.
02Why Organized Intelligence?Switch models · keep your context
The model changes.
Your context stays.
More models alone do not create a connected system. Teams need knowledge, context and permissions that last beyond individual requests.
NALEX OI keeps those connections intact. Your application retains its business logic. Models and tools share a common context and clear permissions.

Decide what it does.
One task. Visible sources. Deliberate approval. Explore the workflow directly in the interface.
Prepare the status for the next client meeting.
Ready for your task.
Select the permitted sources. The draft references every statement it uses.
Local simulation: no AI request, backend or sending. The interface defines the intended workflow; it is not evidence of a system already implemented.
Sources for each statement
Every statement references the document version used.
Permissions before access
Another data space remains restricted throughout the workflow.
Approval as a separate step
Review first, then approve. Every decision stays visible.

You decide.
From knowledge to results. NALEX connects the right resources. You decide what happens next.

Every task starts with clear boundaries.
The application submits the goal: “Prepare the client meeting.” It includes the project, identity and permitted data sources. Other client projects remain outside its access.
Your application sets the goal. NALEX OI organizes the permitted context.

Control starts
in the architecture.
Sovereignty needs clear rules: separate data spaces, deliberate approvals and learning that remains verifiable.
Permissions are explicit.
Learning must never allow the system to expand its own permissions.
Memory stays under your control.
You can view, correct and delete knowledge and memories.
Learning needs verification.
A result provides a signal. Verification turns it into a reliable improvement.
Good to know.
What is Organized Intelligence?
Organized Intelligence connects AI capabilities into one system. Knowledge and context are retained, permissions govern actions, and people stay in control.
What does NALEX OI connect?
NALEX OI connects models, agents, knowledge, memory and tools. Your application accesses these capabilities through the NALEX OI API.
Can I use different models?
Yes. The platform separates the shared intelligence layer from the models it uses. Your context stays intact when you switch models.
How is data kept separate between applications?
Each application works within a defined data space. Information is shared only with explicit permission. A shared user does not mean automatic data sharing.
How are locations and operations defined?
The operating model is tailored to your integration, including processing locations, services and access rights. The agreed services and evidence are authoritative.
How do I get started with NALEX OI?
Start with your use case: What task does the system perform? What knowledge can it use? Who approves actions? The integration brief captures these essentials.

2. Hosting and access data
The website is prepared for publication on the supplied IONOS webspace. The hosting provider is IONOS SE. Accessing the website involves processing connection data needed to deliver the requested pages and files. For its standard web hosting, IONOS describes access logs containing the requested page or file, referrer, browser type and version, operating system, device type, access time and anonymized IP address, as well as processing for access statistics. The purpose is to provide the website and maintain its security and stability. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure operation of the website.
According to published IONOS information, visitor data in standard web hosting is retained for eight weeks. The specific hosting contract settings and any additional services are decisive. Further information: Data processing in IONOS web hosting.

The NALEX website code sets no cookies, uses neither local storage nor session storage, and embeds no analytics, advertising or social media services. Fonts come from your device’s system; images and styling are loaded from the website host. No third-party fonts or media are loaded automatically.
4. Interactive examples and integration brief
Model selection, platform examples and the example workflow are processed in your browser. The integration brief also processes your task, selected knowledge source and approval requirements locally. These functions transmit no inputs to Digital Moments or an AI service. The website code does not persistently store your inputs.
Downloading creates a text file on your device. It remains stored until you delete it. Depending on its settings, your browser may redisplay inputs, for example when you return to the page. Where possible, avoid entering confidential or personal information about other people.

If you email us, we process your sender address, contact details, message content and any attachments to handle and respond to your enquiry. For enquiries about a contract or a potential integration, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We process other substantive enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is communicating with you and resolving the enquiry.
Your information is received by the people handling your enquiry and, where necessary, the email and IT service providers used. Information is disclosed to authorities where legally required. We delete it when it is no longer needed to handle the enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate requirements to resolve legal claims prevent deletion. Legally required retention is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
6. Links and email software
External websites open only when you select a link. Their privacy notices then apply. Email links open your email software; a message is transmitted only when you send it yourself. Processing by your email provider is governed by its terms and your settings.

8. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement occurred. For companies based in North Rhine-Westphalia, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia is one point of contact.
9. Automated decisions
The local functions of this website make no automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects. The examples illustrate an architecture concept; they send no inputs to an AI model.
